How comes it that non-residents with valid carry licenses get arrested and prosecuted for 5-10 years in state prison, but in that same state of NJ, there are repeat offenders with guns walking the street free from incarceration? One must really wonder about the true intentions behind NJ's gun laws.

I would like to know how this woman was pulled over at 8:30 pm for tinted windows and a windshield obstruction? A good lawyer like Evan Napen is what this woman needs and I think it would over and done with fast based on the reasons why she was pulled over.

I am wondering if the border towns have been advised by the anti dirt bags in charge to start looking for LTCF's from any and all out of staters in direct response to HR38.

CWP. Does she mean a PA LTCF, or CWP from another state? A side note is it's probably a good idea to keep your DL separate from your 'permit' and give only that to the officer. It sounds like she may have shown her DL while it was still in her wallet.
