I think this is being done as such to directly impact and target the aging demographic that heavily supports the 2nd amendment in a backhanded attempt at disarming the populace.

Could one transfer your FA to your spouse before applying for a card?

Basically, Government takes our God given or “Natural Rights” on a regular basis then sells them back (licenses, permits, registrations etc) to us. IMO it’s UNJUST and therefore suggest, as many others have (not just this topic) to FREE oneself from the prison between our ears. I understand many may not share my worldview but Genesis 1:29, 9:3 and Ezk 47:12 tells us that HE gave us green herbs, trees and their leaves for food and medicine. Rights do not come from men. When they do are subject to interpretation and change.

Yes, I saw it and can honestly answer no. My thoughts were to transfer it before applying for the card.

Yup. I have a disease that could qualify me for the Med-Jane card. Frankly, I prefer clear thinking over anything else. Plus, I don't want to be denied .....or commit a felony by answering it via a lie. So....I don't want to apply.....even if it were legal for Federal purposes.

They bolded it about 2 years ago as more states legalize. It's still illegal federally, hence the prohibition.

So a medical user is still an unlawful user, since 4473 is a federal form.

There are multiple threads in these forums discussing the illegal behaviors of various .govs - from Kommiefornia and New Jersey sanctuaries to Bastardchusetts not returning rightfully owned properties.

Point is, if .gov can violate laws on a regular basis... worry when you have to piss in a cup at the FFL shop.

Generally not a good idea to put yourself on any lists or licenses when you don't have a very good reason to. Especially when that license is for something that is "legal" purely because they haven't bothered to go after it...yet. Doule that for something that may endanger your other rights.

MA just legalized rec. use. Meaning no cards or licenses. Just proof of age.

Anyone have a card and get denied when they renewed their LTCF? I already know people who have cards and bought guns with no issues. PA doesn't cross reference for purchases, just curious about the LTCF.
