I wouldn’t recommend doing that. They left a paper trail showing they perjured on a form they swore to knowing they were prohibited. Someday, mental health and other medical information will be available in background checks. When denied then, the government might investigate a few years back to see what else you bought and when. With computers and databases a good program should do it easily.

Anyone have a card and get denied when they renewed their LTCF? I already know people who have cards and bought guns with no issues. PA doesn't cross reference for purchases, just curious about the LTCF.

Yeah, as much as I disagree with marijuana laws and the question on the form, lying on the form is serious business. People are in a government-imposed bind that I hate, but committing perjury on the form is not a good idea.

I'm going to disagree. Even though I agree that line can be pretty subjective and grey, I don't think it will be taken advantage of.

When PA passed medical marijuana, it was one of the most, if not THE most, most strict bill so far. they even took out glaucoma, spinal cord disease, hiv, and Chron's disease, and Glaucoma is even the poster child disease for medicinal marijuana. and then the no smoking/vaping etc rules.

I would find it hard to believe that they made it as strict as they did, just to leave one grey area to get everyone through. If that line means that anyone who cries because their vagina hurts can get medicinal marijuana, then why bother cutting it off to the people with the above mentioned conditions

Try getting a prescription of pain killers. You now get three days worth. I had a doctor tell me if you take them for more than three days your an addict. My point is the problem starts at the doctors office.

Because the system does not quickly accommodate changes quickly makes it ok? What's that saying. It's only a crime if you get caught.
