Interstate commerce, might need a local dealer to finalize the transfer.

Remember when it was called the Winston Cup?
Ironic how the government has judged that the cigarettes are harmful to people but instead of restricting/outlawing it, they instead profit by continuing to tax them more and more.

Roll your own. A box of tubes, a bag of so-called pipe tobacco, comes out to about a buck a pack. Takes about an hour to do a carton's worth.

I've been doing this for about 15 years.

It worked out to be about $5 a carton before Dear Leader Wolfie raised the tax 40% on "pipe" tobacco, now it's closer to $10.

Every now and then I'll treat myself to a can of Amsterdam Shag.

Yes, the bagged "cigarette" tobacco is taxed higher, but the bagged "pipe" tobacco sitting right next to the "cigarette" tobacco is half that cost.

That was Obama and federal tax, even though he never raised taxes one dime on anyone.

Our dear governor raised it 40% on the "pipe" tobacco a year or two ago.

An acquaintance of mine has been issued a MM ID card for a cancer treatment. He not only had to relinquish his LTC but his firearms were confiscated by the sheriff and hunting license was revoked. They told him for 1 year after he last uses his ID
    card.

Can you clarify that last line?
