Crazy ain't it? Next people will be saying that a 1911 is better than a Glock.
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

    More Rounds vs Power....

Over the years, locally..... a woman was shot with a .32 revolver, sat down on her bed, exclaimed "_ _ _ _ _ _, you shot me!" A few moments later she sagged to the supine and died. The bullet had opened up her descending aorta.

Two men literally executed another man with a .22 pistol. One shot entered the back of the neck and perforated the brain stem. They administered a second shot into the left side of the neck, and perfectly intersected the first bullet path. Either bullet was immediate death.

A burglar attempting escape was shot with a .357 Magnum. Although it entered the torso, the bullet failed to traumatize any organs or major vessels. His hospitalization was routine and short.

A man driving his car stopped for a light, and shot his passenger 5 times with a 9mm Polish Radom. The passenger jumped out of the car and ran for help. He lived.

A man parked early one morning on a main road, and shot himself with a .32 revolver applied to the left side of his head. The bullet followed the skull under the scalp and came to a stop above his right eyebrow.

A police detective stopped a car looking for bank robbers who had recently robbed a bank. The car was coming from the direction of the bank. An occupant of the left rear leaned out and shot the detective with a .38 revolver. The detective said, "Oh My God" and fell to the road. His aorta was perforated and death came quickly.

There was a husky male in the area who had been shot 4 times over the years. All four bullets were still in him when he died.

A police officer answered a call of an unruly person on a highway. Alighting from his cruiser, he was confronted by a subject who had a pistol in his hand. The officer drew his 9mm semi and ordered the male to drop the gun. "Fuck you, et cetera...." meanwhile the officer grabbed the gun hand and attempted to disarm the male twisted the gun in an effort to point it at the officer. The officer began firing his pistol. Round and round they went, in contact, the officer firing between 9 and 11 rounds, (my memory unsure now) hitting him twice, both times in non-vital impacts. The male yielded in pain. The officer, who had done well in training on the range, thought he had fired maybe three shots. The male was armed with a toy pistol. He pulled some stunt months later and was killed by a passing car. The male had mental problems, obviously.

The killing power of a handgun bullet is a crap-shoot. The ability to use a handgun to stop a threat is a crap-shoot.

These are the truest words that have ever been typed. All "vs" threads need to be locked from here on out and have a link to Bang's post put into them.

All 15 rounds of 10mm my G20 can sling at a cabbage would cause an explosion of the cabbage so large that it would create a black hole that would destroy the earth.

So if you were to go shoot something smaller like Brussels sprouts in let's say California you could remove it from the map?
