    Forgive me if I'm wrong.
There is only one PA License To Carry Firearms. We do not have a different or separate License for non-residents.

How would it work if I'm a Maryland resident with a Non-Resident Permit from New Hampshire? Since I carry in Pa anyway, just curious.

You'd sit in jail until some clueless LEO or DA figures out how to spell reciprocity. Could be days.

EDIT: Actually, isn't it now a requirement that you be a resident of the state for the permit you are holding,
    in your case New Hampshire?

Depends, do you behave in a suspicious manner around District Justices?
Rules are written in the stone,
Break the rules and you get no bones,
all you get is ridicule, laughter,
and a trip to the house of pain.

No, why would I. They're more criminal than I'd ever be.

Pretty sure that the permit has to be from state you live in. Also you need a permit from your home state to get a PA ltcf.

    Dammit. Ear worm:

All I can hear now is some nitwit LEO type Singing "Reciprocity" to the tune of Aretha Franklin's "R-E-S-P-E-C-T"...

"R-E-C-A-P... dammit!... R-E-C-E-P... dammit! R-E-C-I-P-R-O-C... there's not enough syllables dammit... Wait, I got it: R-E-C-I-Procity, throw your ass in jail for me..."

Wouldn't getting a non-resident go beyond reciprocity in regards to the Federal Gun Free Zones?

    IANAL.
This is the road I would try.
