Broken extractor on one of our PC 9s,sending it back to Ruger. The security nine now has 300 rounds and not one issue.

I did! But the guy next to me with his AR-15 had much faster bullets. Thousands of MPH. Many quaked with fear. One peed his pants.

On a serious note, the takedown feature is sweet. Among it's virtues so far:

    • I can fit it in my range bag with ammo; no rifle case needed.
    • It fits in my nightstand drawer (temporary since I didn't have time to rearrange things in the safe last night after changing out the magwell and adding a red dot)

Today I returned to the range to test the PC after installation of the Glock mag-well and a red dot sight.

I did rough sighting at 25 yards, then moved to 50.

The Glock mags ran fine. All factory ammo ran fine, and the S&B was the most accurate of the factory stuff.

The hand loads I developed for my MechTech gave the best groups - my last 10 shots were in a 1 1/4" cluster. That might improve with no wind and a scope, but I'm happy with that for starters. I don't expect to put a scope on it.

    Very happy with this purchase.
