Do you have your HPs in your off duty gun or switch over to FMJ ....or those Federal rounds that expand but look like FMJs

Find another girlfriend or make up your mind that you are probably going to become a resident of New Jersey and the freedoms you took for granted here in Penna will for all practical purposes be gone. Whatever you do, do not take a gun, firearm, bang stick, electronic shocking zapper, or more than 1/2 ounce of pepper spray into NJ.

NJ does not give a damn if a handgun is unloaded, in a locked box, gun vault, separated from anything, or if you have a PA LTCF. You willbe arrested if LE learns you have it outside her house on the roads in your vehicle. Inside her house, can't picture why they would be finding you and your gun in there, but if they do, it is YOUR gun and she didn't know you had it.

If you take the time to read the above linked article there is more info but it basically looks like an outright ban (completely banned from acquisition, possession, and carry) has been lifted via a law suit but it's still questionable if they are allowed to be carried outside the home.
