If you take the time to read the above linked article there is more info but it basically looks like an outright ban (completely banned from acquisition, possession, and carry) has been lifted via a law suit but it's still questionable if they are allowed to be carried outside the home.

Read the article, and it does appear to be vague if anything outside of ownership is lawful.......typical.
