I did not get a firearm , I did however get a trip Shot Show 2018 so I have nothing to complain about.

I got socks from the wifey. She got a new purse. My kids got about every toy in any store. Oh I miss being a kid sometimes.

lucky, i'm about due for the staples like socks and underwear.

guess i can hold out until birthday.
When i reflect on all the toys i had and then lost or broke over the years, i get very disappointed in myself. leaves me filled with regret. not like they were given away or sold, just trash.

Haha socks are an awesome gift to me. I wear em out so fast. Underwear is a good one as well.

a new holster, a lot of new jeans, socks, drawers, razor blade refills, a really cool leather and bamboo watch, a new pair of Carolinas, and some assorted t shirts.

to be honest, I did my own shopping.

although, daughter's b.f. bought me a hundred rounds of 45 acp.

My extended family (both sides) doesn't get extravagant at Christmas, but I did receive a few things that I normally would have a hard time buying for myself.

Sawyer mini water filter
Ratcheting combination wrenches
2 compact LED flashlights (intended for vehicle emergency kits)

I also had a plan to put any cash I received towards a replacement battery for my Craftsman drill/battery/charger set. Upon doing some research I found that if I wanted to upgrade to a lithium-ion battery (original was NiCAD) I would also have to replace the original charger. After a little bit of shopping, I found a Bosch set at Lowe's that was highly reviewed, came with TWO lithium-ion battery packs and charger, and was reduced 33% in price.
