The Fourth Amendment and emerging technology is going to be a huge issue (it already is with facial recognition technology).

Just like the First Amendment applies to quill pens, printing presses, *AND* the internet, and the Second Amendment applies to muskets *AND* modern sporting rifles, the Fourth Amendment applies to redcoats wanting to write their own search warrants to enforce the Stamp Act *AND* facial recognition, x-ray machines, etc.

Technology will offer new abilities, but the founding principles remain unchanged.
