    Default Monroe county sheriff no longer requires berkheimer form

    Just saw on Josh princes Facebook that the monroe county sheriff no longer requires a berkheimer form to be submitted with an application...
    Sounds like Mr. Prince deserves a huge Christmas present from us monroe county folk

    The in county only reference mandate I agree with but as stated above the general reference is law.

    Thank you. Maybe in the future I'll be able to say more but for now, the Monroe County LTCF requirements have been updated and the unlawful requirements of providing tax returns, medical records, DD-214...etc have been removed, as reflected on its website - http://www.monroecountypa.gov/Dept/S...ponsForms.aspx
