What I got out of it is, a doctor declared someone mentally unfit without
that persons knowledge and or his/her ability to defend oneself, and the judge
said no way.
WOW. Its about time the system worked.

Thanks! The US Government has 60 days to appeal to the Third Circuit and needs the approval of the US Solicitor General, who previously refused to appeal my two other federal mental health Second Amendment as-applied decisions in Keyes and Yox.
