The reason I am looking for Property in PA

Well I shoot on a friend's property and have been for several years. On 7/14/2011 the shit really flew. I was in Harford County, MD and the bone head heard 5 shots - says on the radio he thinks it's someone target shooting - since "people go down there and shoot all the time."

So they roll 15 cars - yes - 15 fucking cars for a guy target shooting. I was held at gunpoint, proned out, cuffed and the cop threatened to "aim for me first" if anyone jumped out as we walked back to where I was shooting.

They then proceed to seize and search (pick up and read serial numbers) off my pistols, calling them in to NCIC. They also reach into my pocket while I am cuffed, pull my ID (this is not a stop and ID state) as well as my FL Concealed Carry Permit.

They gave me the usual JBT bullshit and when I got tired of their shit, I just stopped talking. To many questions, I answered "Not relevant."

In the end they found zip because there was zip to find. I am livid about being treated like a criminal and have asked for Internal Affairs to do their bit.

And the vids I posted of the slide fire stock were taken Saturday, 8/6/2011 - can you guess who showed up? HCSD (Harford County Sheriff's Department) - 5 cars - so they asked the property owner what was up, he called me and I said - same guy, doing the same thing. if they wanna walk down, I'll call a cease fire.

They didn't wanna walk down and I was busy shooting, so they hung for like 20 minutes and then split.

Good luck. i am so glad i live in pa and dont have to deal with all of that BS. from sun up till sun down i can shoot all day long and the cops never bother me

Bunch of shit ain't it? I feel there is a Federal Civil Rights Violation a 42 USC 1983 case to be made here and IMHO - easily made.
