Missing the season. Two years now. Always liked flintlock. Damn good luck.

Any plans to get back out in the woods now that the vortex has passed?
Im gathering stuff for tomorrow early although it's shotgun doe for me.
Snow is supposed to start around 7ish which could be good.
I think it's too cold for freezing rain. That would be a deal breaker for me.
I have 2 carbon bolts left for my 10 point Stealth but 6 aluminum bolts for the Invader so I could do backyard archery if it's crappy to drive.
Good luck to anyone heading out.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.

Disappointed....no, devastated to say that I made it out ZERO times. Between the weather (not usually one to complain, but six feet of snow is ludicrous), family visiting, a funeral and work around the house due to snow I lost an entire flintlock season. That's one I'll never get back. On the bright side, my roof didn't collapse and my family was safe.

3 out of the 4 guys I hunt muzzleloader with scored does. I was tagged out so I did the drives. Not too bad of a season.
