For a retail shop, in the original case, with some extra (how many?) Wilson mags I would say $440 is reasonable. Can you do better? Maybe.

But you are certainly not getting ripped off.

I think that there are around 6 WC 47D mags and perhaps 4 Chip McCormick 8 round SS power mags. The condition of them is currently not known but assumed to be usable

Chips and Wilson mags are expensive. Makes the deal ok. I was thinking $350 would be the cant turn it down, $400 ok but the mags probibly were close to $200 new. Now I think metalform and the sarco mag deals are just great and reasonable in price. Hope you snagged it up.

Figure $10 each for the mags in used condition and it’s a good enough deal that I’d pick it up for the $440 but I’d try like heck to get them to do $440 OTD.

This is exactly what I was thinking. I'd offer them the $440 otd and see if they'd take it. With the mags I'd pay that for it.
