Help needed - retail price for used SA M1911A1

Please help me in establishing what the retail price would be for a 10 year old Springfield Armory M1911A1 Mil-Spec PB9108LP (NOT the GI model) with holster wear. Approximately 700 rounds of handloads and 200 factory 230 grain through the barrel. Functions just fine...thanks!

My guess would be in the $400 range. Maybe what I mean by that is I would buy it for $400, but I probably wouldn't pay more.

That model has improved sights over the GI model correct? I would put it in the $400-500 range, maybe a bit more if you have the box and papers and extra mags.

Yes along with a lowered and flared ejection port, SS throated barrel and polished feed ramp and beveled mag well (standard features)
The original case, mags and paperwork along with several Wilson Combat 47D 8 shot mags are included.

OK, all the stuff we used to get done to SA GI models back in the 80's or so, if you add tuning the extractor. I also got a flat mainspring housing and a long trigger back then.
