Re: throw out of state ccw holders in jail
Sounds like what I've been saying since the national CCW bill was first mentioned.

Re: throw out of state ccw holders in jail
Sorry if there's an answer already lurking somewhere. What is the legal justification for for states to employ such draconian charges against a ccw holder? It never made any logical sense that what is perfectly justifiable within one state becomes a felony or class whatever misdemeanor once you cross an imaginary line. Isn't there something within case law and/or judicial rulings that prohibit such a disparity?

I think you will find that NJ gun law is fairly unique in that it defines what is allowed and anything else is illegal and harshly punished. In most states they define what is expressly illegal and anything else is not. The bottom line is NJ just sucks and does not give a damn about what might be fair or reasonable.

Re: throw out of state ccw holders in jail
States rights?
What a joke.
Neither progressive party gives one shit about states rights until it suits their argument.
The states pretty much lost any right to anything after FDR and Filburn.
Whatever minuscule fake rights still existed after that decision have been either systematically taken away, or worse, given away because the states now exist only as welfare recipients of near worthless federal money.
The only right the states still retain is to mercilessly fuck with it's citizens and to threaten all of them with bankruptcy and lengthy jail sentences for all that don't fall in line.
They learned that trick well from their federal overlord.

I think Trump should order the unorganized militia to report for duty in Trenton. A few days of training ought to be enough so we can get a little organized. This training will save countless lives if what they say about climate change is true.
