What about the rolls. Its all in the roll,
and there sure as hell arent any good rolls up state.

The roll is important but for me there are several ingredients that are equally as important. The meat has to be genuine shaved beef (can't have that Steakummm or Philly Gourmet garbage), Cooper Sharp is the cheese I like to use on mine and I find that Tallerico's steak sauce at Redner's is pretty good. I'd like to change their recipe a little but I can't really nail down what it would be. I like a lot of sauteed onions in there and my home cooked 'shrooms. For rolls we have Corropolese around here, they make a good roll that hold together while you're eating.
