I can relate to all of that, is Friday night good time? I've been trying to figure out best time outside of late on Sunday for good deals.

As I understand it, to get the best deals, you rent a table and do your deals while everyone is setting up. Alternately, Friday has the most to buy, but if you are looking to sell (to a dealer) on Sunday they have the most available cash (theoretically and if sales were good). Of course dealers are always looking to buy and sell if they think there is something in it for them, so these rules are not hard and fast. For instance, if you are selling and a dealer figures it is a hot item and he can likely turn it over before that show is over, you are in better off selling early. And those folks who are not regulars, but trying to clear out some stuff may be willing to cut prices to not have to take it back home with them when Sunday afternoon rolls around.

Sounds reasonable, and are there less gawkers and slack-jawed yokels standing in the way on Friday evening? It can get like Zern's was in the good ol' days.

Friday nite is much less crowded , but not good for wheeling & dealing. And not all dealers are set up. Dealers hold out to get their full price till Sunday. Then ya can haggle. As someone who did shows for a few years , dealers would rather take cash home than merchandise.

I remember buying 7.62 NATO ammo at the old Ft. Washington show. Dealers had it for $125-150 a case/1000rds Sat-Sun. Sunday at closing I could get 2 cases for $100ea cash & carry.

1/2 bushel baskets of produce for $2 from Pontino's! $1 pies from the Amish!

I do not know, they are a fairly local company and I think that they have that info on a sticker on the box. It's a small operation. And, while they are pretty good, they do have some of that phone crab leg stuff in there. If you try a sample you can see what they're like.
