I'd like to offer you a trip into Maryland for our fine candied nuts and sock emporium that they try to call a gun show. It really is sad. Not only do you have the stupid Maryland laws, but then you will pay retail for anything you buy while at the sock gun show.

Do they charge six bucks for a plate of funnel cake?

I went South for a gun show before, but now that I think about it I ended up in Virginia! Went to the Nation's Gun show in Chantilly to see a specific vendor that does not come this far North. Interesting change of scenery that was.

That gun show was in America, not the National Socialist Republic of Maryland. They have good show too.

Worked a few tables for a couple of guys I know saturday and sunday. Managed to sell a few rifles and handguns and a bunch of random stuff. Legs hurt and I feel dehydrated. Bought a bunch of stuff. Got a very clean and nice H&R Garand from a buddy of one of the guys I was working for on Saturday. Also got a Dutch contract FN 1910/22 while wandering around on sunday. Picked up some used USGI AR mags, no name scope rings, and ammo.

Decent show, sold more on sunday than saturday though. Heard friday was pretty dead too.

My pack mule, uh I meant my son and I went on Sunday. It was an okay show, picked up a few reloading supplies and ammo. Only needed my son to carry around a couple of milsurp barrels for an hour or so. Also picked up a couple of 50 cal ammo cans, $10 for two. Prices for guns were okay, but nothing tempting enough. What was up with parking? Was there another kind of show in another part of the complex? We had to park way over by Sam's Club - never seen the place so parked up. All those people were not in the gun show, even if they all drove separately.

I have never been able to park near the building and when I left this time I damned near forgot where my car was lol...at least it wasn't raining.
Pack mule-I noticed a few guys with backpacks and even saw one fellow dragging one of those suitcases with the two little wheels and extending handle. He looked as if he was in an airport but pretty good idea for dragging purchased ammo and other weighty items around the rooms.
