Shooting some watermelons?!

A friend and I just got the Mossberg shockwave 590 looking to shoot some watermelons etc. Anyone know how do we go about it?

If anyone can host 1-2 hours, we are happy to provide targets and ammo!

I guess this might not be legal here, it's all over youtube...

It's really pretty easy, place watermelon over there, aim loaded weapon at aforementioned watermelon, pull trigger, watch and smile.

No shooting range will let me be creative with targets etc... i'm from NJ its not easy here, looking for someone that might entertain renting his backyard shooting area for 1-2 hours...
