Yeah, I found those articles last night while looking into this issue.
Most stopped or changed their ordinances because they were worried about Act 192 passing. But, since it didn’t pass, I can see towns with current ordinances against target shooting to say, screw it.....sue us.
I guess a lot will depend on how this case gets settled. If the guy wins his case against these ordinances, I can see the remaining towns changing their ordinances.
