Wouldnt that include alcohol? Seems like a lot of alcoholics would be barred from that line.

I see that as unlawful use of any of the following... Otherwise anyone on any type of prescription medication or even any type of stimulant such as caffeine such as a cup of coffee would be restricted. And as my doctor would/has said there's a difference between addicted and needed.

Seems like a separate thing.
Either way its a poorly written piece of law. IMO

I understood what ya meant and wasnt attempting to hold you to what was bolded or not. If written in the context of OR, it would include all prescription drugs as well as over the counter medications, supplements and even stimulants such as coffee or any food with sugar

That's exactly the way "they" want it written. That way they get to pick and choose what it means and who to enforce it against.
Don't think for a second that the federal government can't come up with easily read and understsood laws.
There is a passage in Atlas shrugged where Hank Reardon is before the council and the chairman says something to the effect that what good is an honest man, there is no value in someone you can't leverage. Just ask Randy Weaver about short barrel shotguns and entrapment.
