Re: Your choice in PA: 2A or medical marijuana
There are three types of Marry-weed.
The Indica is used for medicinal purposes, while the Sativa is used for high-time purposes.
Ruderalis originates(?) from Serbia, and I've seen it wild here.
THC in concentration is probably worse than drinking alcohol, as it can create violent tendencies in some people.

Re: Your choice in PA: 2A or medical marijuana
Indica and Sativa are two different strains, both contain THC. CBDs are used to treat the ailments.

Not looking for an argument, just clarity!

Indica and sativa strains each have their own unique effects. Sativa strains are more stimulating, while indicas tend to be more sedating.
The high from sativa strains is energizing, cerebral and well suited for daytime use. A feeling of well-being and ease is often associated with sativas, making them ideal for social situations. They are also said to promote deep conversation and enhance creativity.
Sativa
uplifting and energetic
cerebral, spacey or hallucinogenic
best suited for day use
Indica
relaxing and calming
body buzz or ‘couch lock’
best suited for night use
Indica strains tend to have an opposite effect. They provide a “couch lock” or body high that is well suited for nights when you just want to wind down and be in your own head. Indicas are often used to relieve stress and aid with sleep.
Sativas have a higher CBD:THC ratio, while indicas have a higher THC:CBD ratio. Naturally, both have their own unique benefits as well.
However, we also know that some indicas have higher THC levels than many sativa weed strains, yet these “indicas” are producing the opposite effect – a more couch-locked,stoned feeling. So the old theory that sativas are higher in THC and therefor produce a different high is not really accurate.Gotta stay awake, gotta try and shake off this creeping malaise

Re: Your choice in PA: 2A or medical marijuana
So medical marijuana is more dangerous and addictive than any opioid? It's also more dangerous than alcohol? Have any of you actually smoked it? You don't exactly feel like beating your wife and kids like a guy that just finished off a twelve pack. I think this is a non issue. If someone can use weed instead of oxycontin that sound like a great trade off. Only difference is it's not going to turn you into a heroine addict and drug companies won't get their cut. Everyone is ok with people being addicted to prescription painkillers but smoking weed is the devil.
Any vote for a third party is a vote for a Democrat. You are the enemy.

In other marijuana news;
YORK, Neb. -- An elderly couple who was arrested in Nebraska with 60 pounds of marijuana in their truck told officers that the drugs were meant to be Christmas presents.
The York News-Times reports the couple were arrested Tuesday by the York County Sheriff's Department after they were stopped for a traffic violation.

I presume physicians are informing patients that they forfeit their 2A rights when being prescribed MM. I mean they all seem very interested whether you own firearms, so I assume it's because they want to safe guard our rights.
