Can't say for that specific item, however there are at least 2 very good vendors who specialize in AR components (including uppers and BCG's) who regularly attend this show.

like they're milking the 2nd Amendment news to line their own pockets ... I don't go 'cause I don't think a gun
show is the place to sell fudge or pork products or the many lady craft show items this show has for the no-gun crowd.

Panic surcharge for the non existant panic? Coincidentally our local show at Forks lowered their fee from $10 to $8 this year.

I spoke with the show promoter about the raise in admission and the negative feedback about it. She told me rise was due to an increase in the hall rental. I guess it went up considerably according to her. This would not surprise me as Oxford Development is all about the money and not particularly gun friendly; though I suspect it's more about the money. They gouge incredibly for that venue for the Comic and Sci-Fi conventions held there.
