Re: Concealed Carry Reciprocity This Week! Call Now!
Only for New Jersey residents. The caveats to any reciprocity would be where and what one could carry. If FOID cards from any state would be required, then carry permits from such states would be required as well. Besides, with few exceptions only jersey residents can apply for and receive the "FOID" cards.

This has Zero chance to pass unless the powers that be think they gain some leverage to usurp power from the 2A
This is nothing more than editing the 2A, which already restricted the states from passing the unconstitutional laws they have.
What should be happening is the nullification of all state and local gun laws JMHOIts easier to fool people than to convince them they've been fooled....Mark Twain

Re: Concealed Carry Reciprocity This Week! Call Now!
i thought that was part of the core bill, a permit from home state. a lot of amendments i'm watching, are argued to already be covered by the bill. also the house and senate hasn't finished with it yet...
they ARE "claiming" a massive drop in crime since the gun ban. but they wouldn't let facts get in the way of agenda.
unfortunately it doesn't provide any immunity to the coming laws. like when california makes a law that prohibits carry on public roadways or when you are unaware that NJ has banned carry from all fast food and gas stations.
but i do like seeing them argue, the one idiot wanted "carrying a gun" to be cause for a police stop and detainment until such time that id can be verified... potentially days.
seeing the number of people argue stupid things about the bill or throw big dramatic scenes because it's on the heels of two murders vegas.
which would have happened even with the universal background checks, in a gun free zone. and texas which might not have but was caused by USAF failing to do their job.
they ignore the fact that bill was written in january and that their committee has just been dicking around for 10 months, probably waiting for this timing so it will fail enroute.
they try and argue a fact that a LAW is required to protect private property rights but ignore private property freedoms.
IE, i will tell you that your bar CAN NOT have guns, because it's somehow a stronger deterrant than if you CHOOSE to not have guns and have police remove anyone with guns.
they don't realize that we're either going to conceal... concealed is concealed or NOT visit the anti-gun establishment because they do not deserve our business.
it's just sick listening to their arguments. detached and fearful, weak minded fools.
sorry for the rant. i'll be picking up an hour or two of the footage for the next few days, stupid 6 hour argument.
yes, but go ahead and try to argue the logic that the laws these states have passed are unconstitutional. the theatrics over this supposed "infringement on states rights" was overwhelming during their arguments.
because it's impossible to be able to vote in enough libertarians, the only way you will ever get back to that true constitutional value is by bloodying your rifle.
this is the closest compromise we can potentially obtain.
although if you would like, we can sit back and blame all those before us who ALLOWED or SUPPORTED the developments into the situation we have currently.
next time you have a politicians ear, ask them why no constitutional amendment was required to ban drugs but one was needed to ban alcoholLast edited by fallenleader; November 30th, 2017 at 08:37 AM.

Re: Concealed Carry Reciprocity This Week! Call Now!
That's not true. You can apply with NJSP if you want one in order to purchase in the state. It's just that why the hell would you want to if you don't live there.
Having an NJ FOID card also allows you to transport an unloaded long gun without needing another exemption. Good for those traveling and spending time in NJ.

Re: Concealed Carry Reciprocity This Week! Call Now!
I watched 2.5 hours of the video so far. Some of the dems amendments were absurd. I thought Raskin's head was going to explode when he realized that it would be legal for law abiding citizens to carry guns in his state of Maryland. Also the detainment for just having a concealed weapon on you while they verify your permit? I mean common!
