I love it how that Raskin from Maryland talks about Maryland's 'may issue' as if people get a permit to carry if they meet there requirements. BS. Now they argue that other states like Utah would allow Maryland residents to carry. Well, yeah, that's the point. Maryland, NJ, NY, CA, MA...you all had the opportunity to set your own state standards for a shall issue regime. Instead, you guys denied all residents their ability to carry. You didn't want to do it on your own terms, so now you'll have to do it on the terms of the 2nd Amendment.
