oh... i've got some ideas, most involve combustibles.
however i was asking for law abiding legitimate methods. are these the judges like we just voted on this year? are they lifetime appointments that we need to strongly nudge into retirement? what viable procedures do we have to right the situation?

If the sheriff cannot be sued, perhaps the sheriff's department and or the county can be.
