Suppose someone breaks into his house and steals it - and then shoots the neighbor kid. Do you still think he is responsible, since it was his gun?

    Mom doesn't look very responsible.
Is that because she is ugly, black or looks like a man?

I don't think it is about the item that cause the harm but the circumstances around it. To answer your question even though I know it was asked of abner13. No.

Every home should have a sawzall on the kitchen table (LOADED)

I would think that would be ok as long as shes not psychotic and is legal to own a firearm.

    Also:
A person commits an M-2 if he recklessly engages in conduct which places another person in danger of death or SBI.

We will see if the courts agree that he violated the above statutes by him giving his mother his loaded firearm to safely store while he quickly ran out because he was late for work.
I would expect some kind of plea, which will still leave the question unanswered.

For me it's A and C. But I have to admit that I think that most ugly black women are uglier than ugly white women.

Well , that's clearly not the situation here.

I think other factors could enter into it as well. I do agree with you on the grandmother baring most of the blame but there are variables that could lead to the fathers arrest. The details of this specific incident could go a long way towards figuring out who should be held accountable.
