Actually kick start was a factory/dealer option on the late 60s ElectraGlides and available till the last 4-speeds in '86.

The whole kicker kit for a 4 speed was only 99 bucks. Wish they were that cheap and easy to do on a 5 speed.

Looks like a PPD cruiser. Is that the same Harley they used/use?

    Paddlers Village = Snowflake Village

I'm sure you sent a lot of them scurrying to their therapist the next day.

Roughly half of the plates are from NJ.

First ‘encounter’: an old guy wearing a Montclair (NJ) hat sees me. I here him say in a thick a jersey accent, ‘Lugga dis guy!’

Ate at Cock and Bull, got a lot of big eyes and stares.

In a bookstore, an older well dressed man with his wife looked at me, pointed to his hip and gave me a thumbs up.

Overall, zero problems and it was a fun day.

    So what's the connection there?

Yeah, Provincetown, at the very tip of Cape Cod, is the Key West of the North East.
Back in the 90's I was there with the family and my mother got sooooo pissed when I bought and wore "Proud to be a Lesbian" T-shit.. got some EVIL stares.
Last time I was there would have been on my Harley back in 2015.. funny to see the reactions on the tourist as groups of cross dressers parade around the town.

Yep. They didn't make very many models back then. Just Sportsters , Servi-Cars (3-wheelers) and Electra-Glides. cop bikes generally came with less chrome , to keep price down.
