Default philadelphia open carry at the zoo.

hey anyone want to do a gorup trip to the zoo? we need 100% participation on this... look at idaho... and the philadelphia zoo is bigger and has more tourists there... pamphlet distribution, anti obama campaigning, and awareness... who knows how many people we can get to open their eyes and realise that there are people that apreciate their rights.

let's set a date... weekend would probially be best because that is when most people are off... bring your families... we need a group pic too...

we need full state support on something like this in philadelphia... philly carries a lot of play on getting (or hopefully denying) BHO's presidency... and philly legislators introducing crap to deny us our rights as pennsylvanians... everone from erie to pittsburgh, from the poconos to delaware county... it'd be a nice weekend trip. personally, i'm not scared anywhere in philly as long as i have my sidearm. we could even have non-ltcf holders carry airsofts/water pistols and getting news coverage in philadelphia could be very effective.

not a bad idea, but i'm not sure if the philly zoo is public property.

why was PA orange on the map? should it not have been yellow as we are not required to have any permit either.

philadelphia and vehicle carry (OPEN OR CONCEALED) require a LTCF by pa state law

we can research that. i do beleive it is owned by the city of philadelphia. setting a date for an event will be cruitial. we might need the help of some our gun friendly western pa-ers big time because they seem to organise better and more often than philly people (especially when it comes to group shoots)

edit: confirmed city property... god bless public records on philadelphia's website...

If you plan on doing any anti-Obama campaining anywhere near the Philly zoo everyone better make sure they are armed. INSIDE the zoo may not be bad if they allow you to do it but outside the zoo is a war zone.

My understanding is that it is because Pennsylvania has no law prohibiting OC, whereas gold states have a specific law, or something in their constitution specifically stating that OC is legal.
If you don't know who your state legislators are go here:

Based on what? I have found no evidence that it is anything other than a privately owned property.
