Why does brownells website suck so much?

Is it just me or does their site blow?

Their filters are practically useless.

I'd love to take advantage of their frequent sales and better than midway pricing, but I can't navigate their site easily. For reference it is the mobile site because this isn't 2002.

Consequently midway ends up with all of my business.

My one and only experience with Brownells was abysmal. Absolutely terrible customer service. I hold them in the same regard as Dick's.

Google search relevance sucks; it is totally revenue driven anymore, and many times 1st page results are completely irrelevant to the search criteria / keywords. I swear, the world is ready again for a search engine that would return results with 95+% relevancy, like Google did 10-12 years ago.

Amazon is not much better. I type in search words for something I've bought from Amazon before, and the item doesn't show up. So I tab back through previous orders to find the item, click on it, or "order again" and it either comes up or is in my cart.

There seems to be a Brownells cult out there online and it seems they do have some nice stuff, however I have always found their website to be a total pain in the ass and hence have never bought anything from them as I recall.
