The bill, S.2135, aims to create a national gun control “super database” that can strip the Second Amendment rights of potentially millions of law-abiding Americans without due process.

A super database eh? of felons and spouse beaters? I need proof from the NAGR that this bill wants to strip rights without due process. I do not speak legaliese and I am not a lawyer, but from what I read (thank you for providing the text, Jennifer) this bill withholds bonus pay for the non-compliant. This bill doesn't go far enough. I would rather those who are non-compliant within the government face steep fines and jail time.

So my question is why. Why stop this bill, and what is the basis in fact behind stopping it? I am not anti-gun. The anti-gun activists disgust me. I just want hard facts and proof of why I should oppose this- and tell my rep to oppose this.

Its been pretty quiet lately. I bet, just right before christmas,
we'll see our next false flag event. THEN, you'll see something like this bill
ramp up. Its like clockwork with this swamp-gov.

I was completely and utterly wrong about H.R. 4434. It would expand the list of prohibited people to include those not a harm to themselves, but could be 'construed' to 'not need a gun'. I am in full on opposition to the bill.
