There was one March, July, and I think June. this year. This recent one was last week. I can't find the link to the news, must be not important enough for local media. There was one around Temple U few days ago. And I'm going to try to get police report for that latest one I'm talking about.

Problem is that the prize giver will be in a fight of his or her life getting dragged thru philly courts. They will prosecute no matter how strong the facts in favor of the survivor are.

Haven't heard about it happening and it not getting reported are two different things, If you don't see it in the papers or on the news doesn't mean it didn't happen recently. They tend not to report things that hurt their bottom line. I wouldn't go into Philly, NYC or many other places fo anything. Big cities tend to be cesspools from my experience.

Depends, they cant catch actual murderers in Philly so what are the odds they will actually find someone defending themselves? Either way I would never visit Philly EVER again anyway.
