Kalyvornja Gov Brown signs bill re use of gun in criminal acts
While Kalyvornja continues to tighten its vice upon law-abiding gun owners, legislators and the governor have dropped mandatory sentencing of persons guilty of using a firearm in the commission of a crime. The governor wants discretion back in the hands of the sentencing judge. Think this approach might touch a certain political base?

I have been saying for years that the Democrat leadership in ALL of our cities ALLOW inner city gang violence to continue because they don't want to piss off a large part of their voting base.
