It's a tossup between a drone with a minigun or a remote control rifle. For home security in the mountain retreat, of course.

Thread has been done numerous times, but currently I'm not sure.
A Barrett BMG is my Grail gun.
In reality I don't feel I want for much.
Getting old i guess.

I would love a Thompson 1928A1. Lyman sights. I put several thousands of rounds through one of these. I want one.
However, I'll take an M60 w/ tripod and T&E. I have put many more rounds through these.

My M21. She's the only gun I own (and with some knives) and the only gun I've ever needed. The .308 is powerful enough to drop anything I'd need to, while she's small enough for home-defense in close quarters with her blade. Easy to maintain, with a good sight and a wood stock to bash skulls if all else fails.
