Sallie Mundy won. Looks though like the Dems pretty much had their way at the Superior Court level.

Re: PA Election News and Results
Donnelly lost Bucks County sheriff. He was the most pro gun guy there can be. Im trying to figure out what this means with a Demacrat issuing LTCF and signing form 1's and 3's. Fuck.

I was thinking the same thing. A Dem signing off on LTCF's, could be a problem

Among other things--- man oh man, Allentown votes in a mayor for the fourth time that's under Federal investigation and probably will be convicted. I believe Republicans stayed home and of course, all the Dems showed up to make a statement. Our locals are all Democrat now---but squishy Republicans from the national level on to local set this crap up. BTW, I'm very concerned regarding the state house and Senate for next year the way this is going. I thought that would be good for quite some time---now I'm concerned!

I have no complaints about our Dem Sheriff. He is very pro LTCF.

Re: PA Election News and Results
Getting info on who to vote for this year was like pulling teeth. I actively looked for it, I sent an email to the NRA (got no reply).
Casual voters can be excused for not voting when they had no info about most of the candidates; why bother voting blind? We voted, roughly 3 hours into the vote we were #68 and #69. I invested about 2 hours in research the week before, and still had big question marks on most judges.
If Republicans and pro-gun folks want to win these off-year elections, then put the damn info out there. I Googled "Pennsylvania judge gun rights" the week before the election and got very little.

Re: PA Election News and Results
Exactly !
On a related note.
Since moving to PA it has boggled my mind. That there are absolutely no sample ballots available ANYWHERE.
So much of the time we do not see who or what we are voting on until we get into the booth.
In NJ (Yes I'm a NJ transplant; bite me . But I appear to be far more pro-gun and conservative than many multi-generational, native Pennsylvanians.)
we got mailed a complete and accurate sample ballot prior to every election.
Although mailing a physical sample ballot is a waste of tax payer dollars.
Why can't PA post sample ballots online ?--ET
