Unless something changed in the 7 years I've been out of Colorado, that is not true. When I lived out there from 07 to 10 there was no requirement for two plates.

CO definitely is a two plate state. Had to order a front plate holder for my car after I moved, since my car never had a need for one coming from PA. Ruined the whole look of my car adding that damn thing on.

Since NJ is once of the few states (I think six.) that never had a 2A type (aka Right to Keep and Bear Arms) statement in their state constitution.
Could it not be said that 2A NEVER existed in NJ ?
