Default Books describing various training drills/exercies ?

I've been looking for a book that explains, outlines, or describes training drills/exercises for defensive pistol shooting.

Something like the following videos; except in book form:

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guxSc0o6lAU

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCRkcse4WY0

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KCNoyUwj_ig

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XEYZ...B2maA&index=50

Every book I've found is more towards the mental aspect defensive shooting.
But have not found anything that describes or details various training exercises.
I know I could just keep browsing the Internet and/or take many private lessons and eventually come up with a dozen or so exercises.
But I really would like a printed book that contains them.

    Anyone have suggestions ?

    Check out Masaad Ayoob.
He's probably the best there is.

Although I haven't researched printed material on the subject, I'm pretty sure John Farnam of Defense Training International has some material out there. Jim Crews also has a book that I have " Some of the Answer".
I don't have much else to compare with.

My personal opinion is that there is no better method of getting this info aside from actual training classes.
    Cost. Yes tremendous difference.
Hands on face to face ability to quickly diagnose problems, mistakes, tweak inconsistencies of the fundamentals, is ultimately a time saver and reduces a shooters chance of ingraining bad habits.

Randy Cain is a master of the fundamentals.
I'll review basics with my daughter but she will be in his next class.

I've taken instruction from other professional trainers as well.
Opinions are like anal apertures. They all stink but mine.

    OP here,

I think I may have found exactly what I was looking for.
Somehow I stumbled upon this book a couple days after starting this thread. "Handgun Training by Grant Cunningham"
I just received it in the mail.
And flipping through it's pages; I see some of the drills I've done via NRA classes and personal training.
So it appears to be very close to what I was envisioning and searching for.

Also agree Ayoob is one of the best and most experienced. Have read at least a half dozen of his.

There's a discussion in the lounge about Paladin press going out of business. Their goods were popular at gun shows prior to the internet age. They're having a sale dumping their stock. May find something interesting there.

In light of your most recent interaction, here's one for you.

Never shoot defensively. Take command. Become the aggressor. Make the AH sorry he ever met you. Book: No Second Place Winner by Bill Jordan.
