Not only that, there is no established "rate of fire" for a semi automatic firearm. The rate of fire is the same as an auto, cyclic rate... or more practically, as fast as you can manipulate the trigger. So how exactly do you determine what is increasing the rate of fire when you have no baseline, nor any possible way to establish one?
