    Thanks for posting this. It actually impacts me quite a bit. Whenever I go to Philadelphia to recover a Bail skip, I had to leave behind the Taser. And, I really do love the Taser!

    Even with this decision by Philly, existing state laws are in conflict (specifically §908 and §908.1), making it less than difficult for an officer to potentially jam you up if they are so inclined.
