We can thank California for this. Every lefty in the country sees what they have gotten away with and tries to copycat the infringements in their respective states. You will soon see it in NJ.

Does anyone one know how many crimes involve the use of firearms and re-loaded ammo? I cannot imagine that your average criminal, your low life drug addicted criminal loser, or modern day Jihadi has the time, patience, skill or, in many cases, intelligence to re-load ammunition.

There is no rational basis for such a ban. This just informs me that what the left really wants is a civil war to crush all obstacles to their socialist utopia.

California will create huge Mexican black market for ammunition though, but California is OK with that so long as it helps criminals and illegal aliens.

I'd recommend that he go commit an unnatural act but apparently, he's already doing that with his buddies on a regular basis.
He can do what he pleases with other adults, it's not my business.

He needs in turn to mind his own business - don't bother law abiding people.
