Tell your state lawmakers to protect women and families by passing SB 501.
Send your message now.

This week we've sent a message to our lawmakers loud and clear: protect women and children by passing SB 501. Tuesday: Moms Demand Action made their way over to the Capitol to speak with lawmakers. Yesterday: We were calling their offices. Today: We're going to flood their inboxes with our life-saving message.

This bill will protect domestic violence survivors by prohibiting abusers from possessing guns and requiring them to turn in the guns they already own. And our lawmakers could pass it this week if they wanted to.

So let's make sure they know that we mean business: We're not letting up until we see SB 501 signed into law. Send an email to Sen. Yudichak now.

When a woman is being abused by her husband or partner, she is five times more likely to be killed if her abuser has access to a gun. Women and families in our communities can't wait any longer for protection from their abuser and his gun. We must make sure this bill passes so that domestic violence survivors can feel safe to leave their abusers and rebuild their lives in peace.

After three years of passion, dedication, and tenacity from Pennsylvania Moms Demand Action, the time has finally come for our lawmakers to get this done -- tell Sen. Yudichak to pass SB 501 now.

Thank you for standing with us,
