    From their about page:

The National Constitution Center is the first and only institution in America established by Congress to “disseminate information about the United States Constitution on a non-partisan basis in order to increase the awareness and understanding of the Constitution among the American people.” The Constitution Center brings the United States Constitution to life by hosting interactive exhibits and constitutional conversations and inspires active citizenship by celebrating the American constitutional tradition.
Sounds like it's federal property, therefore your rights don't apply. Ironic, ain't it?

Is the National Constitution Center federally funded?

The National Constitution Center is a private, nonprofit museum. It sits on federal land but is not a federal institution. The museum relies on ticket sales, membership, philanthropic donations, and other funding to operate.

On federal land could be enough to be a prohibited site though.

I went there a few times and was not searched----2 years ago there was an event with Ted Cruz and I simply walked right in. There is a sign that [ironically] says "no firearms" in the Constitution center... I noticed after the fact. Worse case scenario, I usually have a gun safe in my car and simply walk back and lock it up if the need arises.

Perhaps on land like CoE and VA but I believe the Constitution Center is on Independence National Historical Park under NPS and, as such, follows state law regarding carry.

Since it is a private organization it can ban firearms using the state trespass law for enforcement.
