Existing isn't the same as living. I'd rather live a slightly shorter life and experience more than live a long unfulfilling one.
A life without butter, bacon and other salty, fatty, sugary food seems just sad, and no one gets out alive anyway.
Go sell crazy some where else, we're all stocked up here.

I like what my 83 y.o. father has said for years and years, " If eating real butter and steak takes 5 years off of my life, what a life it's been." He still drinks a bottle of red wine a day and only eats filet mignon these days, since he can afford it. I always tell him not to change a thing since it seems to be working for him.

    SHEETZ!!!!!

Last time is was down near S.E. PA I was outside a WaWa finishing my pack of lucky strike filterless when a LEO walked up and asked if I really needed a Desert Eagle .50cal as open carry sidearm.
I told him he better do his job, hell on the way through the rolling farm hills on 422 I had to move my shotgun barrel out of the side window of my truck so I could throw my open beer at the skinny kid talking on his phone while driving his BMW :-)

My Grandma lived to be in her 90s, she ate fried catfish and chicken most days, and her cholesterol was low and her arteries were clean as a whistle. She also salted most everything she ate. Good genes and what your body is used to consuming count for a lot.

My great grandfather had eggs and bacon every day of his adult life and was 104 when passed. Of course he lived in northern Vermont where the cold presurves you. Had an ice delivery business that in his early days used a two horse team to pull his trailer. Delivered year round. Cut the ice from a nearby river and stored it underground.

That sounds great. I'm a little diabetic so that would save me a whole lot of carbs.
