    I shoot a lot of Ron's bullets. never an issue.

    I do cast and powdercoat my own but i really don't save much doing it. it is just a enjoyable hobby for me.

    Comes down to this...see how many bullseye shooters are using plated bullets and you'll have your answer.

    Back in the day we used cast lead for practice and FACTORY target ammo for matches.
