I have always carried based on what I thought the threats of the day could be. I work in LE and I work security at major concert/sporting venues. You had better believe that I up the ante so to speak when I am going to be around a crowd of 20000+ people.

That said if I am going to be somewhere outside of work where I am likely to see some of my disgruntled clientele I will bump my P320 up a size or 2 or move to my P226.

AND the ammo must be in a separate container or in an exterior pouch (separate compartment) of a soft case.

I stick with my S&W M&P 9 full size, 17+1. Sometimes I will carry my .380 Makarov, because I'm a good shot with it and because I can't always cover the 9 with some of my shorter shirts. I'm tall and a little wide so if I'm wearing an XLT shirt, it's my 9mm, if its a slightly shorter shirt it's the mak.

I unload my truck on arrival at the Cabin. Guns go first to prevent any problems. I only Bear hunt at Beer camp. The Bear have walked right into camp while drinking Beer at the picnic table. This past September a large Bear walked right in on our camp while working. Four out of eight of us were armed at the time.

Did the bear end up looking like swiss cheese or did it run off like your typical liberal at the sight of guns?

He had ZERO F#$ks to give. We were running power tools and making all kinds of noise and he walked right into camp. He had a strut to his walk like he owned the place. If he only knew how much School tax cost when you cant send your Cubs to School from there.

My carry gun has not changed. However, I have decided to move to the exercise in futility of carrying 10-round mags instead of 8.
