Not enough info to comment on the charging of the father.

Praying for that kid to make it.

I once shot my cousin in the eye with my suction cup tipped dart gun. I was aiming for his forehead.

Excuses, excuses, excuses. Uncles gun, but father charged? Was the father messing around with the gun right before.

If the father left the firearm laying around I agree regardless of whos gun it was if it's in his house and the uncle was not there, sort of a he borrowed it situation. That being said I have no idea as to the specifics there's not enough info. I can tell you this if the guy was a State Trooper I'm betting (based on previous incident's) that there would not be charges pressed.

How many incidents were there with troopers not getting charged with shootings?

I think the father was probably charged because he left the kids home alone with no adults present. Oldest kid there (they are assuming) with the 2 younger children was 12.

So....12 year old babysitters shouldn’t exist?
