    Whoever was responsible for the gun should be charged. Don't be an asshole. Lock up your guns if you have kids.

    So charging a parent simply due to the fact that he left his kids without an adult present ridiculous to me.

    They should charge the 12 year old, for not being responsible enough to watch a 3 yr old and a 6 yr old with loaded guns lying around.

    If it was someone in the house who #$%^ed up, shouldn't we know by now? How many people do you need to interview for this one?

    Dies in basement of a home with 2 to 4 people in it at the time. Gun not found. Quadruple facepalm.
